Developing youth football athletes demands a holistic approach beyond physical training on the field. Daily nutrition, medical history, psychological stability, and academic success in formal school determine if a young talent can reach the professional level.
The challenge for Papua Football Academy (PFA) was fragmented data: physical trainers logged progress on paper, medical staff stored prescriptions in a clinic app, nutritionists logged meals in spreadsheets, and academic report cards were in physical folders.
As system architects, we designed a database structure that consolidates all athlete data domains into a single digital profile. Through interactive visual dashboards, the head coach analyzes correlations between stamina drops and recent nutrition or medical logs.
This platform successfully positioned PFA as one of Indonesia's first data-driven youth sports academies. Management now uses objective data to customize training programs and maximize player potential.
